International Shipping Policy
1. Express and Standard Shipping:
We partner with reputed couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Aramex for Express Shipping. We guarantee that the first delivery attempt will be made within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order placement.
For Standard Shipping, your order will typically be sent via EMS/Speed Post. The final delivery is handled by EMS's partner in your country, usually the national postal service. Please note that the expected delivery date is indicative, and actual delivery may vary depending on the service levels of the local EMS partner.
2. Express Delivery Options:
We offer Express Delivery with a shipping fee of ₹1999/-. The estimated transit time is 4-5 working days. This delivery commitment excludes Sundays, public holidays in India and the destination country, unforeseen customs delays, and any alternative instructions provided by the customer or recipient to the courier company.
3. Delivery Guarantee:
If your shipment is not delivered within the stipulated time for Express Shipping, we will refund the difference between the Express and Standard Shipping charges for your order.
4. Delivery Discrepancies:
If you believe the courier company has wrongly marked your order as delivered or it hasn’t been delivered, please notify us within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier company to provide proof of delivery.
5. Order Modifications:
Once your shipment has been handed over to the shipping company, no modifications to the order can be made. Changes to the delivery address or specific delivery instructions will only be accepted if the courier company can accommodate them.
Shipping Charges and Payments
6. Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges depend on the destination country and the weight of the shipment. The applicable charges will be displayed during the order placement process.
7. Duties and Taxes:
All export duties from India will be covered by us. However, any import or local duties at the destination will be the recipient's responsibility and must be paid directly to the delivery agent.
8. Payment Discrepancies:
The amount charged to your account may differ from the amount displayed at the time of transaction due to exchange rate variations and surcharges applied by your card issuer or payment gateway.
Refunds and Replacements
9. Replacement Warranty:
The 10-day replacement warranty is not applicable to orders delivered outside India. It covers only manufacturing defects up to 10 days after product delivery.
