Returns & Replacements

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

1. Sanjog offers you a 5-day Return on all products that you purchase from us. To qualify for full refund against return, the below criteria should be met:
a. We offer a free replacement/refund only for product/s which is/ are damaged /broken or significantly different from website description. Meeting Shipping & Delivery policy is must for Returns & Replacement eligibility.

2. Sanjog uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.  

 3. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Sanjog reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Sanjog will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs.

4. In case of significantly different, the product/s must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, invoice, tags, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.

5. If you return any order delivered to you, original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed according to shipping amount on the shipping slip provided to us

6. All loss or damage while return from you is your responsibility. We will not be liable for any such incidents. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

7. Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be use anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations.

8. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.   

10. Sanjog reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.
